Wine is among the key ingredients contributing to the flavour of many dishes. The wine comes from the Britzinger Behringer vineyards and local wine-grower association.

The restaurant is open from 11:30 until 14:00 and from 17:30 until 21:00 on every day of the week except Tuesday. A small menu is also available from 14:00 until 17:30 and from 21:00 until 22:00.
